Fairytale castles, vibrant cities, world class beer, and rich history
Welcome to Germany
Germany is a country of contrasts. Cutting edge Berlin sits alongside medieval Rothenburg, sleek Autobahns wind past fairytale castles, and centuries old beer halls neighbour Michelin starred restaurants. From the festive Christmas markets of winter to the legendary Oktoberfest in autumn, the alpine peaks of Bavaria to the industrial heritage of the Ruhr, Germany offers far more than stereotypes suggest.
